1. To receive and approve APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
No apologies were received
2. To confirm a date for judging of the competition – It was agreed that the committee meet on 15th July at the Allotments.
To confirm rules and regulations – members of the committee had not had time to read the documents therefore this item was deferred to the next meeting of the committee.
