6.          To be updated on the proposed Gypsy/Traveller Site.     
7.          To receive information regarding Dog Warden
8.          To receive report on Graveyard meeting held on 7th July.
9.          Pyms Close Planting Scheme – to receive further update on      proposals/plans
10.     To discuss the Bugle
11.     Garden Competition – to discuss short listings.
12.     Correspondences and Information relation to business from           previous meetings.
13.     To receive finance report and to approve and authorise      invoices received – (councillors will receive a copy of invoice      payments and an up to date reconciliation at the meeting).
